Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

EPC Auto Parts is not responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. To estimate additional costs, use this calculator: SimplyDuty Import Calculator.

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect information are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping & Eligibility

Return requests are reviewed case-by-case. If approved:

  • You are responsible for return freight costs, including any admin or customs handling fees.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition when returned to our warehouse in South Australia.
  • Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to restocking or cancellation fees of 5% or more, depending on supplier or product type.

Refused, Undeliverable or Incorrect Address Shipments

If your package is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Unpaid import/customs fees
  • Failure to collect from postal or customs authorities

Your order is not eligible for refund or reshipment unless you cover reshipping costs and restocking fees.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect fitment, or custom orders after dispatch.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for any reason outside EPC Auto Parts' control.
  • All refund and warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship in-stock items within 1–2 business days. Some billet or custom-made components may require additional lead time. If your build is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to ordering.

EPC Auto Parts is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you select Authority to Leave, you accept all delivery risk and liability. All orders come with a tracking number once shipped so you can track its location at any time.

Please ship to an address where someone is available to accept the parcel securely.

Warranty Policy

  • Products sold by EPC Auto Parts are covered by a manufacturer limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Products must be installed by a qualified mechanic to qualify for warranty.
  • Proof of purchase and installation is required.
  • Tampering, misuse, or incorrect installation voids warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover shipping costs, either way.
  • Some components carry manufacturer warranties which vary by supplier.

All claims require the product to be returned to EPC in South Australia for evaluation unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Street & Track Use

Our performance parts are designed primarily for track or off-road use. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal use and compliance with local laws.
